An updated digital bonsai experience

Challenge

Paybonsai is an innovative and sustainable payment app that rewards consumers for their transactions. The platform links payments to a rewards system, allowing users to automatically save for discounts and exclusive benefits. By seamlessly integrating into daily payments, Paybonsai stimulates both customer loyalty and ease of use, making it an attractive solution for both consumers and merchants.

Paybonsai's existing website did not provide sufficient clarity about how the application and the associated reward system work. In addition, there was no convincing visual and content story that presented both the added value of the platform and the technical functionalities in an accessible way.

Process

To address these challenges, we have redesigned and developed a large part of the website. The focus was on creating a user-friendly and intuitive online environment that explained how Paybonsai works in a clear and attractive way. This was achieved through a combination of visual storytelling and a clear structure that effortlessly guides visitors through the various functionalities of the app.

The presentation of the rewards was further refined so that the benefits of the platform were immediately visible and visitors had a better insight into how to maximize their rewards. We also focused on conversion optimization, with the aim of convincing visitors more quickly to download the app and register. Strategically placed call-to-actions and an improved user experience made the process as accessible as possible for new customers.

Outcome

The updated website offers a much better user experience and explains how Paybonsai works in a simple, visually appealing way. The benefits of the reward system are now prominent, significantly increasing both conversion and understanding among visitors.

With a stronger digital presence and a clear positioning of the app, Paybonsai is better equipped to appeal to its target group and to further grow the use of the platform.
